The Santiago Network Annual Report 2025 captures a landmark year in which the Network transitioned from its foundational phase into full operational delivery. 
In 2025, the Santiago Network made significant progress in supporting developing countries to address loss and damage associated with climate change.

Key achievements include:

• First technical assistance delivered in Vanuatu
• Pipeline expanded to 20+ country requests
• Strategic Framework 2026–2028 adopted
• Membership grown to 80+ institutions and experts
• Decision on the establishment of regional presence for proximity with the countries we serve
