At the Santiago Network, impact is at the heart of our work. Our ambition is anchored in our vision: a world where developing countries and communities shape and implement inclusive action on loss and damage.
To deliver on this vision, we are committed to producing meaningful, accountable and lasting results that translate into tangible change for the communities we serve. Our approach to impact is guided by the Santiago Network Results Framework, adopted by the Advisory Board at its sixth meeting in 2026. This framework provides the backbone for how we track progress, learn from delivery, and communicate results and impact, from outputs and outcomes to longer‑term change.
The revised Results Framework builds on the Interim Framework adopted in 2024, incorporating early operational learning and insights from consultations with key stakeholders.
